As head of the restaurants, bars and clubs team, I've eaten out in practically every great restaurant in the country and still visit at least three a week looking for new places members might like.
I love working with people, trying to open doors for members through our contacts with the maître d's and central reservations teams. I'm naturally friendly and relaxed, and I enjoy suggesting the hottest places for members to impress and entertain their clients and friends. I also get a buzz trying to set up the virtually impossible, like last-minute bookings at top Michelin-starred restaurants.
It's part of my job to source new restaurants and clubs for my team of nine and organise perks for members: a glass of champagne on arrival or a table next to a window. I also maintain good relationships with members' favourite restaurants so they call us when they have a cancellation or can squeeze in a booking. Most of my free time is spent discovering new places to go out in London.
I'm from Argentina, but went to school and uni in the US and have spent a lot of time in Spain, so I also consult on anything entertainment-related in Spain. I've helped members organise weddings in Marbella or get VIP tickets for Ibiza closing parties at Pacha and Space.
