Our team has this in abundance. Known as the Birkin guru, I can source hard-to-find handbags within a few weeks. I’ve always had a passion for bags and it’s not uncommon to see me toting a different style every day. Other lifestyle managers in the team have worked for high-end jewellers and in the fashion industry.

Our team receives some of the most extraordinary and challenging requests at lifestyle concierge. A member needed a Birkin bag for a 50th birthday and was travelling back from the Cayman Islands. There was only a short window of time at the airport before he made his way to Norfolk so one of the team hand-delivered it to him at the arrivals lounge. We’ve sourced a specific piece from a one-off batch of 150 designer watches, and tracked down a pair of Jimmy Choo shoes that were supposedly sold out.
