Is it completely free?
Yes. Our service is included as part of the monthly fee for your Barclays Premier Life account. We’ll help save you time and provide the expertise we’ve gained from completing over a million requests for our members – you’ll only need to pay for the costs that arise from any purchases you make, as notified to you at the time of purchase.
Will it cost more to buy things via concierge?
Absolutely not. We promise our members that prices will be the same as what they would find if they contacted the same supplier themselves. In fact, our buying power often allows us to pass on discounts and preferential treatment to our members where possible.
How do I make a request?
Either give us a call on 0845 020 4564, send an email to premierlife@tengroup.com, or use the How can we help? box on the right to make your request through the website – you can even make a request for us to call you at a time that suits you. We are open 24 hours a day, every day of the year and someone will always be on hand to help.
How many times can I use the service?
You are entitled to make 20 lifestyle requests per calendar year. If a request involves numerous bookings or the skills of several of our specialist teams it might be counted as more than one request.
What if I want to use it more than 20 times?
We usually find that 20 requests are plenty, if you feel you may wish to use the service more than this, please feel free to speak to a lifestyle manager.
Is the service provided by Barclays?
The service is provided by Ten Group, Europe’s leading concierge company. We offer intelligent support that enables our members to get the most from their lives, by helping them to organise anything that they lack the time, expertise or contacts to plan themselves. Our team speaks over 26 languages and our services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including bank holidays – even Christmas Day!
What doesn’t the service cover?
As long as it’s legal and poses no reputational risk, we are happy to take on a request of almost any nature. We are, however, separate from banking, insurance and other benefits that come with your Barclays Premier Life account.
Can I use you to redeem my Life’s Rewards?
Life’s Rewards is an exclusive membership programme bringing you a range of events and experiences, tailored to your personal preferences, this benefit is independent to your concierge. To visit the Life’s Rewards website click here.
How do I use the airport lounge service?
You have access to over 550 airport lounges around the world and we can tell you where they are. The best and quickest way to use this service is to visit www.premierlife.airportangel.co.uk or call 08444 127 527 (code BP2265). Please note that you may need to register up to three weeks before travelling, to ensure your card arrives on time.
Can you do everything all of the time and at short notice?
We’ll certainly try. We believe that if we can’t do it, it can’t be done.
